Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, and are in addition to the processing time above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please provide a physical address whenever possible, as some shipping carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Damages

Lumen Cove is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
